‘Volunteer Mentor’ is an initiative of Fetola aimed at utilizing the skills of retired, semi-retired or civic-minded business people to assist emerging entrepreneurs and small business owners.
We are looking for people who are willing to become mentors and stay involved in the process for at least a year. The idea is to transfer much-needed skills to fledgling entrepreneurs, as well as provide role models and a sounding board to those still finding their feet in business.
Desired skills for the Volunteer Mentor Programme include a wish to support the development of emerging business owners, and experience in business at the SMME level.
