Impact Consulting
‘Impact Consulting partners with organisations engaged in social development projects and guides them to a better understanding of their contexts, successes and challenges. Through regular monitoring and evaluation, and innovative information management solutions, we enable them to achieve maximum positive impact.
We believe that monitoring and evaluation are essential strategic and management mechanisms for projects and organisations to reflect on their work. Through regular monitoring and rigorous evaluation, organisations can learn from their experiences and develop strategies to enhance their sustainability. Developing clear impact plans with intended outcomes and indicators also enables organisations to track and accurately report on their work. This, in turn, enhances accountability.’ – see www.impactconsulting.co.za
